From the mid 1990's Doug Doucette had a firm grip on being Canada's all-time quickest and fastest Top Alcohol/Federal Mogul Dragster racer. The Winnipeg-based driver, tuner and car owner was the first Canadian into the 5.7, 5.6, 5.5 and 5.4 seconds zones in the class. Doucette's dragsters have featured both supercharged on alcohol and injected on nitro engine combinations.
