Well,
they have arrived!
The blower pulleys that were ordered
last year arrived in Calgary on Wednesday and believe it
or not they are the right sizes.
We are now legal to run as a Federal-Mogul
Funny Car.
Bob and Roger are now doing the final
assembly of Showdown in anticipation of leaving April 4th
for the Las Vegas National Event.
Unfortunately the cars we will be racing
there have been out several times this year and are getting
a handle on the set-up for the new rule change. We are going
to Vegas with the hopes that if won't takes us too long
to figure it out.
Hopefully by the time we get to Boise
for the Division 6 Points race on April 13 we will have
something figured out.
You will see the Showdown crew in new
uniform shirts for Vegas. Mopac is outfitting their stores
with new uniforms shirts and the Showdown Racing Team will
be sporting the new look at Vegas.
Time to get to work - hope to see some
of you at Vegas.
