Well I couldn't agree more with Ted Barrett about how us loyal drag fans are getting ripped off by the tracks ! I had made a few calls to Cayuga Dragway Park and Green Tree Marketing about the Extreme Racing Series ( Ha HA good one ) and PROMISED that there would be a large field of Pro Mods And Alcohol Funny cars . I talked a few friends into coming to the track for the first time ( hard to do on a long weekend ) and promised them what I had been promised, good racing ! What a disappointment it was for all !
Please get it together guys , I have been going to the drags at Cayuga for 30 years and have just about had it with all the promises . Ted hit the nail on the head when by saying there is a lot of weekends other then long weekends to hold an event , I might even get my Buds to come back if it wasn't a long weekend all these so called BIG EVENTS are held . Work together and the tracks can all do well ! Don't and we will all lose in the long run.
