Jet-Setting Husband & Wife!

 Race fans will be treated this summer to Canada’s only female jet dragster driver Heather Janishewski. Licensed in Salt Lake City earlier in May, Heather has been recently setting America, “on fire”.
The jet dragster appropriately called Her-A-Cane will debut in Edmonton at the IHRA Rocky Mountain Nationals. Not only will Heather be racing side-by-side in jet cars, she will be racing a 3 round “grudge” match against her husband Brad in Rollin Thunder. History in drag racing will be established July 6th at Castrol Raceway.
 Local Edmonton-area residents Brad and Heather, have been campaigning Rollin Thunder for 7 years with Brad driving and Heather as crew chief. During the winter they built the new dragster, licensed Heather and now run a two car team.
“Heather is an amazing driver,” says Brad. “She deserves to drive this car more than anyone I know. She knows more about jet engines than anyone I know and her driving abilities are second to none.”
“After learning to drive a jet car from Brad I truly respect everything he has taught me and what he has accomplished,” said Heather.
Asked who will win? Brad replied, “I taught her everything she knows about jets and driving, just not everything I know!”
Heather responded, “I learned from the best I just want to do a good job and make him proud.”
After 2 races it’s Brad winning 1 and Heather winning 1.......Stay Tuned!
