The Killer Racing dragster is a familiar and frequent runner on Southern Ontario's tough Pro Comp/Top Dragster circuit. The L&J chassied car has been active on this scene since 1995. Owned by Larry Kilpatrick and driven by his daughter Karen Goldrick , power comes from a 468 CID big block Chevrolet which uses both methanol fuel and nitrous-oxide injection. The Killer Racing dragster features a Killer Racing Ultraglide transmission equipped with a bolt together Pro Mod converter.
Larry and Karen have shared driving duties in the past and have placed in the top four in final Pro Comp points at the Grand Bend Motorplex for five years in a row. They also finished second in final Pro Comp points at London Motorsport Park in 1996. Considered local class "hitters" they have won numerous event titles at Grand Bend Motorplex and at St. Thomas Dragway. In 1999, Larry Kilpatrick won the prestigous Can-Am Nationals event championship at St. Thomas after qualifying on the pole.
